I am a big believer in tele-monitoring. As an active Type-1 diabetic, I have now found an easy way to capture my BG tests and share them with my health care providers. Look at www.myglucohealth.net and you will see the future of diabetic care! Most importantly, if my BG readings are too low (hypoglycemic), I can have SMS messages sent out to my family and friends to assist me. This type of automated real-time communication will save lives!
