		<description>I&#039;m all for healthy living but what quality of life will you have if you&#039;re constantly hungry?  I have an active lifestyle and am within normal weight for my height, but drastically reducing calories to live longer...?  I know for me that when I&#039;m really hungry, I&#039;m grouchy.  Who wants to go through life grouchy or living with someone like that?</description>
